LoveJoy ISD Afterschool Registration Instructions and Information


School Information:

Classes are for six weeks at a time, and the experiments change for each session! We will hold up to 5 sessions per school, each with different experiments!
Registration will be held one week before the current session ends.

Registration Directions:

1. Locate your school.

2. Enter your child's name, grade, and teacher's last name in the box.

3. Enter your contact information in the next box.

PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH AN EMAIL THAT YOU CHECK DAILY! WE SEND ALL MESSAGES TO THE EMAIL THAT ACCOMPANIES YOUR REGISTRATION, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THIS IS AN EMAIL THAT IS CHECKED FREQUENTLY IN CASE WE NEED TO CONTACT YOU! IF YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS LINKED TO AN EMAIL THAT IS NOT USED OFTEN, YOU CAN SEND US A SEPARATE EMAIL WITH THE ADDRESS YOU CHECK DAILY.

4. click the "Pay Now" button.

5. You can now sign up for a Paypal account (free), or enter your existing Paypal information, or click the blue "continue" link to pay with a credit card.

6. Enter all information on the next page, and click the "Review order and continue" button at the bottom of the page.

7. Make sure to click the "after class instructions" link (in blue) to let us know If your child goes to Kid's Club, is picked up by a parent, or can walk and/or ride their bike home.
Also use this box for special instructions for us to know about your child. IF YOUR CHILD HAS ANY FOOD ALLERGIES, PLEASE LET US KNOW! You can also email us the info as well.

8. click the "Pay Now" button for the last time, and you are done! If you have any problems, please call or email us.



 REFUND POLICY:
A 100% REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU HAVE TO WITHDRAW YOUR CHILD BEFORE THE SESSION STARTS, OR IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL A SESSION DUE TO LOW ENROLLMENT.

A 50% REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU WANT TO WITHDRAW YOUR CHILD AFTER THEY HAVE ATTENDED AT LEAST 1 CLASS, AND/OR THE SESSION HAS STARTED.
